WHAT IS CACW?
The Competency Assessment and Certification for Workers (CACW) is not a training program. It is for industry workers and individuals who already have the skills, knowledge, and work experience in a particular qualification but need to have their competencies assessed and certified by TESDA. Through the assessment, TESDA determines whether an individual meets the required workplace standards. Successful candidates may receive a TESDA National Certificate (NC) or Certificate of Competency (COC), depending on the qualification or competencies assessed.
