The TESDA-Cordillera State Institute of Technical Education (TESDA-CSITE) and China Bank Savings, Inc. (CBS) signed a Memorandum of Agreement (MOA) on July 27, 2026, establishing an Automatic Payroll Deduction System (APDS) to provide qualified employees with convenient access to salary loans.
The agreement was signed by TESDA-CSITE Executive Director Daisy C. Bungallon and CBS First Vice President II Niel C. Jumawan at the TESDA-CSITE Main Campus in Baguio City, witnessed by representatives from both institutions.
The partnership covers qualified administrative and technical personnel from the TESDA-CSITE Executive Office and its campuses in Abra, Ifugao, Kalinga, Mountain Province, and Baguio City. Loan repayments will be facilitated through automatic payroll deductions, ensuring a structured and efficient payment system.
The five-year agreement supports TESDA-CSITE’s employee welfare initiatives by expanding access to convenient financial services while promoting responsible financial management and strengthening collaboration with China Bank Savings.
